In developing botanical based products we need to understand details about our partners. We must understand the field from where the ingredients are harvested, the processing of the ingredients and the transport used to our manufacturing facilities. The very nature of botanical ingredients is that the harvest is not the same from one year to another. Seasonal changes in weather can impact aroma and colour of many ingredients. In understanding our supply chain and working with them we can ensure a standard of care is taken along the way. It is our aspiration to increase our awareness of this vital supply chain and work towards a strong sustainability goal for everyone involved.
